Catering Flats in Blackpool
Knowledene has eight self catering Blackpool
flats. Four are on the ground floor and four are on the first
floor.
The owners live on the ground floor and are available
at all times.
Four flats face south - catching plenty
of sun. Four are cooler, situated at the rear, overlooking the
garden.
Pets are very welcome in our Blackpool accomodation
with good walking nearby.
There is ample parking: for two cars on the
forecourt and four on the rear
car park, plus parking anywhere on the road.
Our self catering apartments are near
the local
shops (butcher, bread shop & cafe,
green-grocer & card shop, recently extended mini-market, sandwich
shop, newsagent, launderette, hairdresser, hardware, pet shop,
chemist, doctor's surgery). |

Our Blackpool self catering accommodation is open
throughout the year.
We welcome pets by prior arrangement and the payment of a small fee. |

Self Catering Apartments (Flats) in the North
of Blackpool
Flat 1 - One Bedroom Apartment
This is a self catering family flat on the ground-floor, near the entrance.
It has a large lounge with a sunny bay window overlooking
the front of the property.
The kitchen is to one side of the lounge. The bedroom
has both a 3' 0" single and a 4' 6" double bed with
an en-suite toilet & shower off the bedroom.

Flat 2 - One Bed Apartment
Flat 2 is similar to Flat
1, but is nearer the entrance to the apartments.
It also has one bedroom, but with one 5'
0" double bed. The lounge is identical
to Flat 1. The toilet & shower
is en-suite with the bedroom and is larger
than that of Flat 1.
This
flat is ideal for the slightly disabled. Check availability

Flat 3 - One Bed Apartment
Flat 3 is also on the
ground floor, but at the rear of the property.
It is not as large as Flats 1 & 2 but
has similar facilities. Not facing the
front, it is a cooler apartment.
It is more suited to a couple, or a family with
young children, having a bedroom with a 4' 6" double-bed
and a pull-out sofa-bed. The toilet & shower is off the bedroom.

4 - Two Bed Apartment
This self catering apartment
has its own entrance hall with all rooms
leading off. The lounge/
kitchen has a bay window facing the front
of the property. There are two bedrooms:
one bedroom faces the front & has a
4' 6 " double bed, the other faces
the rear and has both a 4' 6" double
and a 3' 0" single bed.

Flat 5 - Two Bed Apartment
This flat is identical to
Flat 4. It is directly at the top of the
stairs and to the right from the entrance
hall.
For
both Flats 4 & 5 the toilet & shower
is off the flat hallway & NOT through
a bedroom. These flats are therefore
suitable for two families who wish to
share facilities.

6 - Studio Apartment
Directly at the top of the
stairs and facing the rear of the building,
this is a large studio apartment.
It has a lounge/kitchen with an adjacent sleeping

one or two people.
