All members of the
party must be exactly as described on the booking
form. |

The number of guests per flat must not exceed the bed capacity. |
| 3. |
Guests must keep
their apartments clean and tidy and on departure
must leave them in the same condition as they
were on arrival. |
| 4. |
Guests must refrain from undue
noise which may disturb other guests. |
| 5. |
Visitors to guests'
flats are only allowed with the prior consent
of the owners. |
| 6. |
A deposit of £50 is required
to confirm the booking. The remaining balance
must be paid on arrival. |
| 7. |
Should accommodation not be
available, the deposit will be returned by return
of post. Otherwise DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. |
| 8. |
Cancellations made within a four
week period before the start date of the holiday
or failure to take the holiday will result in
the FULL cost of the holiday becoming due. This
payment must be made seven days after the start
date or sooner. |
| 9. |
Apartments are available from
2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10.00am on the day of departure. |
| 10. |
Weekly bookings are from Saturday
to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. |
| 11. |
Small pets are welcome by prior
arrangement and the payment of a small fee. |
| 12. |
The management cannot accept
any loss or damage to belongings or property (including
motor cars) howsoever caused. |
| 13. |
Guests undertake to be responsible
for all damages or breakages during their stay. |
| 14. |
The owners will endeavour to
make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Should
there be any comments, requests, or complaints
please discuss them with us. Our aim is to provide
a good quality of accommodation and service. |
